Jim is the Republican Town Leader for the Parma Republican Committee. He began serving the Town of Parma,
first as an appointee to the Town Board and then elected in 2010. His commitment to the community is
also represented in his 11 years of experience working for the County of Monroe, under three administrations,
as the Manager of the Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives from 2009 – 2020. Jim has previous
experience as a Monroe County Legislator from 1998-2001 where he was chairman of the Intergovernmental Relations Committee.
He is a former Bausch & Lomb employee for 33 years.
Jim and his wife, Mary, have been residents of the town of Parma for almost 20 years, where they raised their four children.
